Among benefits for participants, the Academy publicly presents the possibility of developing an academy or franchise as a business. The commercial element is part of its own description.

Limits of the conclusion

Selling a book or education does not itself prove fraud. The reviewed page does not establish earnings, money flows or a claim that profit is the author’s sole motive.

From interest to an offer

When knowledge, connections to societies and business opportunities appear together, readers should establish what they are buying. A lecture, book, subscription, membership and initiation mean different things. Paying for one product does not automatically confirm status in another system.
